BlueGen Marine is developing a modern, environmentally compliant shipyard at Ponnani, as the first PPP model shipyard in Kerala under the Kerala Maritime Board – a modular, hybrid layout on ~29 acres built for simultaneous shipbuilding workflows, from site preparation through fabrication, cranes and utilities to commissioning, under the DBFOT model.
